Generic APMS for Training is built on AxonOS. Trainees operate the APMS module and virtualised FWD/AFT switchboards while trainers inject realistic DG, board, and APMS faults from the emulator tablet.

What it actually does

Delivers a Generic APMS training system built on AxonOS with three modules: a trainee APMS visualisation for plant parameters and control, a digital replica of onboard FWD/AFT switchboards and PDBs on a large interactive touch monitor, and a trainer emulator to simulate DG, switchboard, and APMS fault conditions.

The unusual part

Digital twin of actual onboard APMS software and switchboard panels — running on AxonOS so multiple old and new class APMS configurations share one effective training experience, without tying the classroom to a single hull.
